2. Ethics in Action
We make decisions guided by integrity. If something feels wrong, we ask questions and raise concerns. Speaking up is a responsibility, and we support those who do. Concerns can be reported to management or leadership, and all good-faith reports are protected from retaliation.
3. Respect and Inclusion
We foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and heard. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation. Diversity and inclusion guide our hiring, interactions, and decision-making.
4. Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
Personal interests must never interfere — or appear to interfere — with business decisions. We disclose outside employment, financial interests, relationships, or legal matters that could affect our objectivity, and we recuse ourselves from decisions where we have a personal stake.
5. Fair and Ethical Business Practices
We compete on innovation and merit — never through bribery, kickbacks, or improper influence. All conduct must align with our Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy, which prohibits facilitation payments and sets clear rules for gifts, hospitality, and interactions with government officials. We expect our partners and suppliers to uphold these same standards.
6. Responsible Use of Assets
We protect Algorized resources — physical, digital, and intellectual — and use them only for legitimate business purposes. We safeguard confidential information, trade secrets, and intellectual property.
7. Data Privacy and Security
We handle data responsibly and lawfully.

Limit access to sensitive information to those who need it for legitimate business purposes.
8. Global Compliance
We comply with all applicable laws, including anti-corruption, export controls, antitrust, labor, and environmental regulations. Insider trading and misuse of material non-public information are strictly prohibited.
9. Accountability and Leadership
Ethical conduct applies to all of us — leadership included. Managers lead by example, encourage open dialogue, and address risks or issues proactively. Everyone is accountable for upholding this Code.
10. Investigations and Consequences
Violations of this Code or applicable law are investigated promptly, fairly, and confidentially. Consequences may include disciplinary action, termination of business relationships, and legal reporting when required.
