Product Technology Lead Role

Algorized is a fast growing startup in sensing and perception AI. We enable chip manufacturers and OEMs with Ultra-Wideband (UWB) radar with powerful chip agnostic software for human activity detection.

As we continue to rapidly expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our core team! Full Time



  • Design and develop scalable, reliable software edge computing platform, integrated on any Ultra-Wideband (UWB) radar chip, ensuring optimal performance, robust optimized algorithms and low-latency processing.

  • Collaborate with the core team to define and deploy sensing and perception products roadmap.

  • Participate in the development process from start to finish, including system architecture, algorithms optimization, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Build and lead a highly skilled technology team with expertise in algorithms, edge-ML, embedded software, C/C++, DSP for radar and sensor fusion technologies. 

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for software design, implementation, and integration processes.

  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Drive research and development efforts to explore cutting-edge technologies in sensing and perception, collaborating with the universities.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the technology team.

  • Design and implement robust scalable modular system architecture.

  • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code to implement software solutions.

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in algorithms, C/C++ development, embedded platforms on chip

  • Strong understanding of edge computing principles and challenges, algorithms optimization, particularly for radar applications and sensor fusion

  • Experience with cross-platform and firmware development

  • Proven experience in product and technical validation with customers

  • Knowledge/Worked with at least three variance protocols, such as SERIALPORT, WebRTC, Web Socket, UART, TCP/IP, UDP, USB, SMBus (I2C, Access Bus), and CAN (in-vehicle protocol)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of edge-ML, sensor fusion and signal processing

  • Experience with CMake (Big Advantage): Familiarity with CMake, a cross-platform build system

  • Experience with C# and .NET Core ASP

  • Knowledge of Windows & Linux

  • Experience with MATLAB development
